Context
I freelanced at Verizon from 2023 to end of 2024. During my time there, I worked under 2 different teams; the Retail team, where I was responsible for in-store graphics, including (but not limited to) Art Direction for in-store advertisements, Static & moving posters, Campaign placements for small and large screen touchscreen displays, product updates, and experiential retail exploration.
Then, as the brand refresh rolled out, I helped adapt our digital design system in Figma, iterating on accessibility, contrast, and color logic across multiple responsive layouts.
On the Web Design team to bring digital campaigns and brand updates to life across homepage marquees, product banners, and seasonal campaigns. One of my key projects was the 2024 Holiday Campaign.

Static to Digital Moving Posters
Context
To make storefront posters more engaging, the Verizon creative team developed a style called "Static to Digital." This approach transformed traditional static posters into dynamic displays featuring subtle, meaningful interactions that enhanced the content. A key priority was ensuring that viewers could fully grasp the messaging, no matter when they began watching the video.

Context
To visualize the future state of our stores, I designed a layout that incorporated all the key elements of the Verizon retail brand. I used red screens to highlight interactive store features, such as checking deals; black screens for product discovery, including specific brand's devices, Samsung phones, tablets, and Apple products; and white screens for MyPlan builders, business services, and accessories.

Context
In the summer 2024, Turner Duckworth launched a new visual identity for Verizon. This new brand would touch every facet of the Verizon brand: Websites, Social, Physical products and Stores.
How it impacted my role
As my team paused our ongoing projects, we had to reimagine the retail interactive experience using the new brand colors. This was particularly challenging, especially when considering factors like accessibility and contrast. The process required numerous iterations and updates to the Figma design system.

Verizon Stores top 10 Launch
My role
The retail team took on the redesign of the Verizon Flagship stores across the U.S., I was responsible for the Downtown Miami, Lexington Manhattan, and Millennium Park Chicago stores. This process involved utilizing 3D scans of the spaces to create mockups of both the interior and exterior of the buildings, followed by exploring multiple combinations of the new brand colors for the buildings.
